OCCUPIED STAGING &
PHOTO STYLE
Post pre-listing consult, a professional stager will come to the home the day of marketing photos to ease the stress for the seller by putting the final touches on each space, ensuring the home showcases at its full potential for photos.
**Staging Enhancements: Stagers will bring needed accessories to the photo style to compliment the homeowners decor. Initial fee includes 4 weeks of decor rental. If additional rental time needed, $40/week will be applied. Destaging is included in fee.
Accessories include: pillows, bedding, greenery, mantel decor, centerpieces, art, etc.
Large furniture is not included

Pricing: 2 hours $250, without staging enhancements
2 hours $350, with staging enhancements
Fee of $125/hr. if additional time needed
VIRTUAL CONSULTATION
Homeowners provide 10-15 core area photos and/or a short video of the home for review.

A customized comprehensive staging guide is prepared to educate the homeowners on how to stage their home for marketing photos.
